When you use the free consumer tools, we log the search query and the resulting comparison data so the page can render. We do not attach those logs to your name or your email unless you have created an account.

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional business name, and the body of the message. That data is stored in our internal CRM, scoped to the Springfield team.

When a business claims a listing, we collect the operator's name, email, the listing details, and any uploaded photos. The listing data is public by design. The operator's email is private and used only for verification and support.

When a business runs an AI Support package, we receive whatever documents and account access the operator authorizes. That data is segregated per business in our infrastructure.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not feed identifiable customer conversations into a public model trainer. AI agents we run for one business are isolated from agents we run for another business.

We do not place advertising trackers on the consumer tools. The free price comparison runs without third party ad pixels.

We use a small set of first party cookies to keep accounts signed in and to remember UI preferences like dark mode. We do not run third party analytics that follow you off the site.

You can delete a Springfield AI Cloud account and any saved searches at any time from the account page. You can also email hello@springfieldai.cloud and ask for a full data export or deletion. We honor those requests within ten business days.

If you are a business operator with an AI Support package, you can request a complete export of the agent's memory and the documents we ingested. That export is yours.

Springfield AI Cloud is operated from Springfield, Massachusetts. Customer data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States.
