Springfield AI Cloud started as a question. If a household in Forest Park can use a price comparison tool that saves real money on a cart of school supplies, why does that household not also get the kind of AI staffing the Fortune 500 builds for itself. The answer was just that nobody had bothered to do the work locally. So we did.
The free tools came first. Compare, Transcript, Deal Finder. They earn their keep with households across the Valley, and that traffic became the proof that local audiences will use AI utilities every week if the utilities are not garbage. From there, the directory and the AI Support packages followed naturally. Businesses that show up in front of those households want to be the first name on the map. The same agents that power the consumer tools turn out to be very good at running a front desk for a body shop on Boston Road.
We are not chasing scale for its own sake. The next ten businesses we onboard will be in Springfield, Chicopee, West Springfield, Holyoke, Westfield, Northampton, Easthampton, and Agawam. The eleventh one might be too. The point is to make this platform unmistakably ours, and then to take what we learn here and make it work in any other city that wants the same care.
